Matt Thomas

Cale Director

Matt started as Director of Cale February 1, 2011. He has served in different ministry positions from children’s minister to Pastor since the early nineties. Matt received most of his formal education at Campbell University, including a doctorate in ministry concentrating on faith formation with children. He is married to Christy and they have four children: Tyler, Kayli, Erin, and Ellie. Matt’s life verse is I Thessalonians 5:16-18.

Christy Thomas

Administrative Assistant

Christy began as administrative assistant for Cale in October 2011. She is married to Matt and they have four children. Christy received her undergraduate degree from Campbell University. Her favorite Bible verse is Psalm 139:9-10.

Ashley Ricks

Program Coordinator

Ashley is a junior at Campbell University studying Business Administration. This is her ninth year at Cale: four years as camper and five years as a counselor. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, but most importantly God. Romans 8:28 is her favorite Bible verse.
