Reservations will be confirmed when completed registration form and non-refundable deposit are processed in our office.
The use of cigarettes/tobacco products, alcohol, illegal narcotics, fireworks, and firearms is prohibited. The entire campus is a tobacco-free environment.
Bathing suits must be modest (girls: one piece lined suit, boys: boxer-type shorts)
We request that everyone dress modestly.
Guests are to leave facilities as they found them. A minimum cleaning fee of $50 may be charged for additional cleanup by the camp staff after the group’s departure.
Damages to room furnishings and equipment will be billed to the group leader or organization.
If any equipment or furniture is moved or borrowed, it should be returned to its original location. This includes tables, chairs, games, etc.
Excessively loud or questionable styles of music that may be offensive are prohibited. The volume of the music being used should be confined to the room or area in which it is being played.
Physical contact and public displays of affection by single men and women are discouraged. Married couples are asked to use discretion concerning these issues.
Offensive language or swearing is not permitted.
Use of the river requires a Red Cross certified lifeguard to be on duty.
Determined curfew times and “lights out” are to be followed by groups.
Ranges, rock wall, and ropes courses are led by Cale staff only. Do not use these activities unless prior arrangements have been made.
Park only in designated areas.
No tree climbing or climbing on structures that are not designed for that purpose.
Chaperones must accompany groups on programming activities (rock wall, ropes courses, etc. If chaperone is not available, activity will be shut down.).
No pets on Cale property without prior permission from Director.
Personalized vehicles (ATVs, golf carts, etc.) not permitted without prior permission from Director.
Check-in and check-out times must be observed as listed on usage agreement.
